The offer

 
As an Office 365/SharePoint Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting collaboration systems all over Nordea. The core area of the activity will be to act as a second level support in solving end of user’s incidents and problems. 
 
In Content Management unit, we are responsible for delivering high-quality commodity content management services to support Nordea in providing unique, modern and digital customer services. This is a cross-border team where you work together with experts in the Nordics and Poland. You will be a versatile team member of the agile scrum team developing the future Nordea content management experience.
 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Assisting end users how to use SharePoint and Office365 products and produce end user’s instructions 
  • Solving more complex issues together with other 3rd level support organization 
  • Working in tight co-operation with 1st level IT support organization 
  • Monitoring our Office 365 platform together with operators 
  • Working together with different teams which are responsible for Teams, Yammer, One Drive, Exchange and Skype  
 
The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw. Welcome to a team which contributes to shaping the transformation of Nordea.

Your background: 
  • Basic level knowledge of Office 365 products 
  • Basic SharePoint experience 
  • Technical support experience 
  • Azure AD experience is a benefit 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
