The offer

As a Test Automation Platform Expert, you'll work closely with the product owner and the test automation architect of TAF.
In Nordea Banking Technology (BT), we increase production stability and cost efficiency when creating and deploying new solutions to our customers. One of the things we use to reach that goals is our Test Automation Framework (TAF) to test across different applications and technologies within BT.
What you will be doing:  
  • Be responsible to ensure the operational excellence of the test automation framework (TAF)  
  • Use your experience in configuration, build, release, and deployment management to analyse, propose and implement changes with regards to repository structure, build, test and release process.  
  • Use your knowledge with regards to IT infrastructure in order to make improvements related to services, platforms and tools used within the Nordea Toolset (see below).  
  • Implement monitoring and escalation solution with the purpose to minimize any downtime. A key objective is to increase automation across all processes related to the test automation framework.  
The role is based in Gdynia. You will work closely with the product owner and the test automation architect of TAF.

You have great communication skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English.  
Your background:  
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3.0  
  • Experience of using containerization (e.g. Docker Container)  
  • Experience with PaaS (e.g. Red Hat® OpenShift)  
  • Experience of using application frameworks (e.g. Spring)  
  • Experience in building REST web services  
  • Experienced in designing and implementing system architecture  
  • Expert in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven)  
  • Experienced using version control tools (e.g. Git, Bitbucket)  
  • Experienced in implementing monitoring and reporting solutions for applications
