The offer

As a Team Coordinator/Team Leader you will take an active role in further stable growth of the organisation by providing effective leadership and stakeholders management. 
Tax Services team is providing service to the international and domestic clients who have shares in Scandinavian companies, as well as Nordic residents investing on the global markets.  
We assist our clients in process of reclaiming double taxation from tax authorities. This includes such activities, as: verification of instructions and documentation provided by the clients, direct contact with tax authorities, responding to client’s queries, providing monthly status reports to the clients. 
What you will be doing:  
  • Leading a team of approx. 15 employees according to Nordea values by presenting strong leadership competences.    
  • Delivering efficient operations and quality service based on agreed KPIs and driving functional expertise.       
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partnership relations with Nordic stakeholders.       
  • Holding direct reports accountable for their performance by providing feedback, coaching and assessment as well as building atmosphere of trust and cooperation between team members.       
The role is based in Lodz.

Your background: 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build partnership relations with stakeholders. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of organization. 
  • Focused on delivering high quality service to customers. 
  • Documented experience in people management.   
  • Bachelor or Master degree (preferably related to finance, banking or economy). 
  • Experience from financial market area will be an advantage.   
  • Very good command of English.      
  • Experience from the SSC/BPO area will be an asset.
