The offer

As a Business Intelligence and Process Specialist, you'll be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into IT requirements in the area of Common Master Data.  
Master Data is a strategic corporate data asset for the Nordea Group. The data exists in a master repository and also serves several Nordea systems, including SAP and Common Data Warehouse.  
In Common Master Data, our team works in accordance with a governance structure which maintains the highest data quality standard for the Nordea Group ensuring that the data is governed, protected and stands for one version of truth used by everyone in Nordea.  
What you will be doing:  
  • Proactively ensure good data quality  
  • Act as a Common Master Data driver and solution matter expert in change initiatives  
  • Bring stakeholder management by close collaboration with business process owners and subject matter experts  
  • Secure harmonisation and alignment of Master Data implementations in coherence with Nordea business architecture and compliance directives  
  • Ensure proper documentation  
The Common Master Data Dev team is split between Stockholm and Lodz. The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to the international and very dynamic environment where the unlimited development opportunities are waiting for you.

Your background:  
  • Experience from Master Data Management tool sets, such as Microsoft SQL MDS and MS Access  
  • Experience as a driver and coordinator of change initiatives, including stakeholder management  
  • Knowledge or experience in Master Data Management and Information Management  
  • Fluency in English  
  • Knowledge in accounting and reporting in Banking industry is an advantage
