The offer

As a BI Specialist, you will join a team of highly skilled BI professionals working with different BI tools (Qlik, Alteryx, OBIEE). We: people wise by hiring but also engaging with new technologies, actively looking into HDFS, Spark and potentially looking into tools such as Trifacta or Arcadia.  
We work in agile methodologies. We value feedback and open dialog in order to help you grow at pacewhich fits you and Nordea.  
What you’ll be doing:  
•Work closely with business to deliver the BI and analytics environment  
•Bridge between business and IT  
•Create BI solutions to make information easily available for business  
•Improve existing solutions, suggest improvements to business as well as IT  
The role is based in Gdańsk. We are a distributed team across 5 locations and you will be working with colleagues in Sweden, Finland, India and Poland, most of your colleagues are located in Gdansk. Your stakeholders are located in the Nordics.

Your background:  
•Strong experience with at least one of these tools: Qlik Sense/View, OBIEE, Alteryx, PowerBi  
•Practical experience with SQL, MDX, Java, Python or R is an advantage  
•Experience with Trifacta or Spark is an advantage  
•Experience in Dimensional Modelling is an advantage
