As Personal Assistan, you’ll provide efficient secretarial support and services to one or more members of a Nordea management team to enable the managers to focus on the managerial and strategic work.
The position demands a high degree of confidentiality and flexibility.
In Group Technology, we are in charge of technology and platforms, shared services and operations. Together with the Business IT areas, Group Technology will focus on building the Future IT through a number of workstreams.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Personal Assistant and part of the CIO Buisness Office, you are a key player for the team by assisting with daily support. You will be managing calendars, handle invoices, travel planning, agendas for meetings, plan event etc. Moreover, you will be part of a team with other Personal Assistants who are in close cooperation with each other.

Your background (all on superior level):
•Microsoft Office tool knowledge.
•English skills, both written and spoken
•Capability to adapt and respond to changes
•Delivery focused and have planning skills
•Capability in establishing relations and networks.
