The offer

As a Sourcing Assistant in the Consultant Procurement team, you'll have a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute in building a "best in class" internal consultant procurement process - all the way from the need of the consultant until the consultant can start at Nordea.  
In this role, you will be a part of the Consultant Procurement team located in Gdynia and Stockholm, reporting to Head of Consultant Procurement within Consultant Services. The team consists of 17 employees. You will take active part in daily operations, optimizing processes and suggesting improvements.  
Consultant Procurement is a sourcing unit within Consultant Services, responsible for the operational procurement of IT, Business and Management consultants from consulting services suppliers, following the mandatory Consultant Procurement process. The team is also partly facilitating invoice handling and questions related to that.  
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Manage contract prolongations  
  • Handle contract administration  
  • Register new consultants, contracts and prolongations  
  • Execute other recurring consultant management admin tasks  
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the procurement process  
  • Support monthly reporting  
The role is based in Gdynia.

Your background:  
  • Experience from contract administration and/or procurement  
  • Documented reporting - Excel and/or PowerPoint skills  
  • Preferably experience from an international, cross-border organization  
  • Previous experience from procurement tools is an advantage  
  • Degree in economics, supply chain or equivalent  
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
