The offer

Your role as Senior Project Methods Expert, will be instrumental in designing Nordea's standard ways of working in Software Processes and will ensure common ways of working are followed in the Business Areas through compliance monitoring.  
In Spot Check, E-learning and Support unit, we design, implement and provide support for common Methods and Tools. Moreover, we support Business Areas to ensure compliance. We deal with compliance assessments to follow-up on adherence to common & standard ways of working.  
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Be the expert on Software processes and standards – Coach, educate, advise project and maintenance teams.  
  • Partner with delivery teams to drive SW process improvements as per Nordea Standards.  
  • Ensure Compliance to common ways of working through monthly Spot Checks and Reviews.  
  • Regularly interface with stakeholders across the organization and be responsible for driving Software process support in the assigned Business Area.  
  • Drive support initiatives to significantly improve our Software processes and testing practices.  
  • Management Status Reporting - Partner with internal colleagues in the delivery of KPIs and dashboards that demonstrate compliance status, and improvements including summarizing at Application, Team and Business Area level.

Your background:  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written English  
  • Consulting experience is an advantage.  
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in Information Technology  
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT  
  • Professional knowledge of all domains of Software Development  
  • Have experience working with Agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe preferably as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Lead.  
  • Have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tooling
