The offer

As a leader of the team of very skilled and motivated operations specialists, you will take an interesting and challenging role. It will provide a wide-ranging level of support, but your overall tasks will be to maintain and develop the competences and optimizing the processes in the team.
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Take part in daily operations, meaning, managing escalations (also outside standard business hours),  
  • Improve the efficiency, securing quality, delivering at the agreed service level resulting in high end-users’ satisfaction,  
  • Occasionally, travel is expected,  
  • Report to Head of Command and Control Centre.  
The role is based in Gdynia.

You have solid leadership capabilities and experience in IT Operations area. Also, you like to drive change initiatives with high priority and focus cross country borders. We believe that you are passionate about IT Operations with great communication and analytical skills, but also pragmatic approach to problem solving.  
Your background:  
  • 3+ years of experience on a leadership position in IT area, preferably IT Control Centre or IT Operations,  
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and Service Management,  
  • Knowledge of IT operations solutions and methodologies,  
  • Ability to perform even under high pressure and in complex IT environment.  
  • Ability to build partnership relations with stakeholders and other teams across the organization  
  • Bachelor or Master Degree Fluency in written and spoken English,  
  • Knowledge of value based leadership and cross-border experience would be an asset.
