The offer

As a Communication and Business Support, you’ll be providing efficient support to Nordea Bank units enabling them to focus on running the business.  
In Communication and Business Support, we provide the high-quality services to all areas in Nordea Bank AB S.A Branch in Poland and Estonia.
You will be accountable for:  
  • General support for Nordea Bank projects,  
  • Support in implementation of communication strategy for Nordea Bank,  
  • Support in implementation of CSR strategy,  
  • Assistance with implementation of new policies & procedures in Nordea Bank,  
  • Update of the Nordea Bank intranet, usage of communication tools,  
  • Preparation of presentations, articles, leaflets,  
  • Space, location and infrastructure coordination,  
  • Orders management and support for sourcing projects,  
  • Support in internal events coordination.

Your background:  
  • Fluency in English and aptitude for writing,  
  • Good communication and organisational skills,  
  • Experience in communication or marketing area will be an asset,  
  • Good knowledge of Excel & Power Point,  
  • Goal driven approach and ownership for tasks assigned,
