The offer

 
As a PMO Specialist, you’ll keep the overview in complex project portfolio environment in a Global setup.  
 
In Project Portfolio Management unit, we manage Group Technology’s project portfolio across Poland, Denmark and Sweden.  
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Financial Management – Updating RFF (cost plan), accruals and forecasting  
  • Reporting of the overall progress and on key focus areas like resource, risks, finances etc.  
  • Providing support to manage risks and tasks/deliverable in designated tool  
  • Providing project/program management support as agreed individually  
  • Compliancy management – following up and supporting for full compliancy according to Nordea PPM methodology

Your background:
  • Some experience with project or portfolio management  
  • Good cooperation skills  
  • You are very good with MS Office, especially Excel  
  • Since the position is placed in a Global setup, your English language skills are on a superior level, both written and verbal.  
  • You as a minimum hold a Bachelor's degree
