The offer

As Lead Developer in Group Architecture, you will be a leading member of the development of Nordea’s Enterprise Architecture Platform as you will be the one responsible for coordinating the developers and development of our Enterprise Architecture Platform. You will be an integrated part of ensuring the sustainability of our Group Enterprise Architecture and platform from a roadmap, development, deployment and operational perspective. 
In Enterprise Architecture Platform, we proactively drive and support the development of Enterprise Architecture, IT strategies and key strategic architectures in Nordea. What you’ll be doing: 
  • Drive and deliver roadmaps together with Enterprise Architects and key stakeholders. 
  • Plan development sprints together with developers and external vendors 
  • Translate requirements into development tracks and take active part in developing and raising the bar in terms of quality and structure. 
  • Responsible for planning of lifecycle application & infrastructure management such as implementing patches, updates, and changes, ensuring proper segregation of duties, testing, governance and quality assurance.  
  • We expect you to drive and be in control of our application operators in terms of handover, testing, change and planning. 
The role is based in (Gdynia). Welcome to a team working across the whole Nordea. Our team is spread cross Nordic & Poland (some travelling might be required).

You are an excellent developer, have deep technical knowledge of how to run and develop enterprise applications (Ideally you have knowledge of MEGA Hopex). Has experience planning development, translating requirements, familiar with testing and know how to lead individuals.  

Your background: 
  • Experience working as a Leading Developer on enterprise level, setting direction and driving other developers   
  • Are excellent in designing, developing and Integration and have experience doing so from a in an Enterprise company.  
  • Practice in planning sprints, delivering according to deadlines including testing, relating to production and working with change management. 
  • Hands-on experience within technologies used by the EA platform, including C#.Net[PE1] [PE2] , Vbscript, Javascript and HTML5/CSS. Experience with vendor’s APIs is an advantage. 
  • Speak and write English fluently, and are custom to working across borders with different nationalities.  
  • Have a high integrity, and you can communicate and co-operate in architectural issues across Nordea’s IT Areas and Service Providers as well as with executives and other architects.
