- Performing administrative tasks corresponding to local business needs
- General supporting for Nordea Bank projects
- Coordinating Nordea Bank’s infrastructure
- Ordering management and support for sourcing projects
- Supporting the coordination of internal events
- Correspondence registration and distribution
- Managing accesses to the premises and alarm systems
- Supporting the internal communication

- Fluency in English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Goal driven approach and ownership for tasks assigned
