The offer

As a Factoring Customer Support you will be supporting our Finnish Factoring Customer Service team. The job includes ledger supervision for Nordea Finance Finland Ltd.´s factoring clients, and customer service via phone and email for their buyers. 
Factoring Debtor Customer Service Team is a new concept in Nordea Operations Centre Estonia, so you can take part in developing its operations. The job provides a fantastic opportunity to accumulate experience from customer service in B2B environment, which is a great advantage if you later want to take part in developing the operations of Nordea Finance and/or factoring services. 
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Your daily tasks include such assignments as ledger changes, commercial disputes, invoice balance checks, credit note reconciliations, etc. 
  • Deliver professional business specific services regarding dedicated process   
  • Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes   
The role is based in Tallinn, Estonia.  The Nordea Operations Centre (NOC) in Tallinn is providing a variety of different services to other units within the Nordea Group. As “One Nordea Team”, employees in NOC will be working very closely together with colleagues in the Nordic countries.  
Factoring Debtor Customer Service team plays an important role by offering quality customer service for the Factoring clients of Nordea. Our performance also affects the business of our clients. The job provides a great knowledgebase of factoring as a service.

Your background:  
  • You are fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written (C1/C2)  and English in communication level 
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes with optimism 
  • Vigilance/attention to detail 
  • Enthusiasm for customer service  
  • Comfortable with problem solving and analytical thinking  
  • Swedish language skill is a bonus, but not crucial
