The offer

As an agile leader, you´ll have full responsibility of the end-to-end software application packaging service.  
The responsibilities include: 
  • SLA for software application packaging team 
  • Software application packaging process and improvements
  • Planning, Packaging, Quality improvements and lifecycle management 
  • Resources management like PDD incl. regular coaching and feedback sessions 
  • Operating system patching Support the procurement regarding license management and invoicing.

We expect that you have at least 3 years’ experience team leader or manager within an IT related domain. You are as leader you can coach, motivate and lead a team of around 15 employees. You have strong capabilities to increase efficiency as well as anticipating according to the required situations and secure deliveries according to deadlines under given resource situations.
Banking is a highly regulated business and it is required to adhere to those regulations at any time. Strong communication skills regarding key stakeholders and SME´s.
Further experience: 
  • Experience in planning, structuring and running an agile team  
  • Scrum Master certification is beneficial
  • Understanding of software management and lifecycle processes would be beneficial APK
  • Knowledge about Microsoft SCCM, Intune and Flexera is beneficial  
  • ITIL certifications is beneficial 
  • Fluency in English (Verbally/written)
