The offer

As Assistant Software License Manager, you’ll support the Software License Management team in gathering information around the use and rights of different software. You will have an opportunity to gain in depth knowledge of different types of license models used by top suppliers in the market place.  
In Software License Management, we ensure ongoing license compliance and advise business areas regarding their license position. We also strongly cooperate with the sourcing functions in their dialog with the suppliers.  
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Gather evidence of software entitlements for multiple vendors and compare them with used software  
  • Upload information into Nordea Software License Management system´s  
  • Produce compliance reports  
  • Communicate with IT and Business organizations in order, to receive information, on particular software

Your background:  
  • Bachelor/Master in Economics or IT  
  • Fluent English (both in writing and speaking)  
  • Proficiency at MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)  
  • An advantage will be understanding of Software License Management  
  • An advantage will be experience within FlexNet Manager FNMS  
  • An advantage will be experience within Invoice handling
