The offer

As an end-user device expert, you´ll play an important role being a part of the team delivering cloud powered devices to our end-users with an extraordinary experience.  
Responsibilities are being a versatile team member of the agile scrum team developing the future Nordea end-user device experience.  
This cover: 
  • Windows as a Service 
  • Mac OS, iOS and Android devices.  
  • Microsoft Office application package 
Furthermore, the team is responsible for processing escalations coming from our 2nd level support, and reaching out to Microsoft Premier Support as needed.

Banking is highly regulated and compliance with this regulation is key and should be followed at any time. 
Your background: 
  • 3 years or more experience with Windows workstations  
  • MCSE: Enterprise Devices and Apps would be very beneficial  
  • MCSA: Office 365 would be beneficial  
  • GPO know-how  
  • Office 365 ProPlus deployment through SCCM and Click 2 Run  
  • Windows and Office security know-how  
  • Windows as a Service (Intune / AutoPilot) and Windows 7 experience  
  • WSUS knowhow  
  • PowerShell experience  
  • Fluency in English (Verbally/written)
