The offer

As a Development Lead, you’ll take part in building a data warehouse to serve as a common data repository for business data, fulfilling the analytical and reporting needs of Treasury over time.
In TALM (Treasury Asset and Liability Management) IT Solutions, we support GFIT (Group Functions IT) business partners with sustainable IT solutions and effective IT services for development and maintenance. The solutions are mainly supporting the trading process, risk and compliance reporting, liquidity risk management, market risk management and funds transfer pricing.Your main responsibility is to take charge of one of our development scrum teams and contribute to the development efforts as developer, coach and lead the team
What you’ll be doing
  • Ensure you and your team delivers high quality code. 
  • Organise sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews and retrospectives.  
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team where you coach the team to reach higher levels of maturity. 
  • Ensure that the project delivers according to backlog priorities. Support the Product Owner and the development team to deliver valuable business improvements on the solution. 
  • Support and coach the Product Owner in managing the product backlog. Assist with internal / external communication to improve transparency

Your background
 We expect you to have 2-3 years of experience from similar position, including experience as a lead - probably you´ve developed from a hands-on position to a lead role. 
Furthermore we expect: 
  • Very good Teradata knowledge and experience in developing and deploying Data Warehouse solution. 
  • Very good documentation skills. 
  • A high degree of relevant business understanding, particularly in analysis of real world business problems, and a background within banking.  
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master working in Banking Data warehousing projects in an agile environment.  
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.  
  • Professional skills in written and spoken English
