The offer

Our User Administration Global Execution team acts with cross border access-, -incident and problem management and request fulfilment, takes active part in IT communities and takes responsibility at global level for successful deliveries.  
As a IT supporter, you will Act as the single point of contact for end users concerning order access handling, Incident/problem solving.  You will be responsible for delivering professional and accurate 1 level support as well as responsible for handling access orders (request fulfilments) received from end users and following the request fulfilment process.  
You will be working in a team of +12 great colleagues in our newly opened office in Warsaw.  

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Communicate with positive attitude to end users, colleagues and vendors to create good working climate 
  • Deliver within defined service level objectives (SLO) to fulfil the SLO 
  • Handle incoming orders (request fulfilments) and secure delivery and feedback to requester to ensure high availability for customers 
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing among colleagues to create and implement best practice 
  • Work according to the ITIL framework when it comes to incident and user administration to avoid future problems

Your background:
You have at least 1 years of experience from a similar position and you have a bachelor degree or likely  
You have probably knowledge of ITIL methodology and an understanding of Active directory and Microsoft Exchange – knowledge and skills within REMEDY will be considered an advantage. 
You are good in adapting and responding to changes, as well as you are used to follow instructions and procedures.  
You are open-minded as a person, and like to work in a role with high End user focus as well as you are ease in relating and networking. Furthermore, you have very good communication skills and are solution oriented with a can-do approach when dealing with challenges.
We expect that you speak and write English fluently.
