Team Leader in Cash Management Operations Development Team 
CM Operations is a global unit focusing on operational excellence for handling and supporting Cash Management services. Currently we are looking for a Team Leader, who will be responsible for managing CM Operations Development Team. If you are motivated by playing a central role in creating operational excellence and eager to develop your leadership competencies this could be the right position for you! 

The position we offer

You will be responsible for: 
  • Leading the team (10 – 15  employees), being responsible for business development  
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partnership relations with customers and stakeholders 
  • Creating and maintaining a customer-oriented, enthusiastic and efficient working atmosphere 
  • Contributing to the global department strategic initiatives with other leaders  
  • Delivering high quality service and achieving agreed business targets 
  • Optimizing processes and facilitating continuous improvements 
  • Supporting development and growth of your direct reports 
  • Holding direct reports accountable for their performance by providing feedback, coaching

The qualifications you need

  • Proven track record from successfully optimizing administrative projects and managing a team 
  • Strong project management and leadership skills 
  • Fluency in English 
  • University degree 
  • High communication skills 
  • Experience in using data to create transparency and reports 
  • Proven ability to manage internal or client stakeholder expectations 
  • Focus on delivering high quality service for customers 
  • Proactive approach and readiness for new challenges 
  • Drive to motivate people and welcome changes 
  • Experience and interest in business development area will be of advantage
