We are entering exciting times in the technology area in Nordea and we are building new foundations upon which the future of Nordea will grow. One exciting foundation is the development of our new container-based application platform. This will give our application Developers the ability to speed up their time-to-market and provide a long-term, stable and compliant platform for many of our Business-Critical services
We are establishing the team that will define, solution, build and operate this cutting-edge platform and provide the on-boarding of projects, give expertise and guidance to projects and fellow colleagues when needed, as well as responding and fixing errors and incidents when they occur. You will become the focal point for all things related to the Platform. You will interact with a great span of IT engineers, IT architects, developers and project managers.
Therefore, we’re looking for an ambitious IT Developer, with a DevOps mindset. We need people with a focus on building the best and efficient platforms, tools and API’s to serve the whole Nordea IT.
The technical areas you will be exposed to are OpenShift, including CloudForms, OpenSCAP and OC, you will work with Kubernetes, Docker and the integration with other IT services, for example Active Directory, Tivoli, AppDynamics and Netscaler
What we can offer you is, membership in our Application Hosting unit, which is a fast-growing team in the Common Technology domain that creates, adopts and serves new technologies and solutions to the rest of the organization. We are also helping the organization to understand modern technology trends as well defining the long-term strategy for the evolution of our enterprise hosting platforms. You will grow in the technical domain of this new, fast paced world of OpenShift and container based platforms

- Experience in the Software Engineering domain

- Containers: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows
- Tools: JUnit, SonarQube, Nexus, Maven and Git
- Atlassian Suite: Bamboo, JIRA, Bitbucket, HipChat
- Configuration Management: Puppet, Ansible
You will join a team in our international environment based in our new office in Warsaw or in Gdynia.
