Identity and Access Management is a core part in our IT Security by protecting our data, application and infrastructure. The role drives strong development and implementation of processes, tools, controls and role management. The role support large change projects and programs in the IAM area in the bank and you build the capability receiving organisation.
The position we offer
As Head of Identity and Access Management you will lead a unit of approximately 40-45 employees and managers across the Nordics and Poland and to take on a central role in building and further develop our identity and access management team.
You are expected to use your professional experience from IT and IT Security to break down the strategy into short and mid-term targets and plans for your team and your direct reports. You communicate clearly and effectively to the unit about strategy and the strategic and tactical plans.
You are responsible for orchestrating and driving the establishment of the new organisation. To drive performance within your area of responsibility with a high degree of proactivity (tools, processes and culture) measured by high availability, resiliency and high cost efficiency.
To succeed in this journey you need to build the capabilities of the unit on the existing people, processes and tools while firmly and inspirationally leading to another level of performance and to successfully attracting new talent needed. You need to partner with other units across IT in the bank and being able to operate fluidly in highly complex, matrix organizations.
You design and implement operational plans and set targets for the unit as well as for each employee. You ensure that your direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to the strategy and you will also keep your organisation well informed.
It is important that you have the ability to translate identity and access management topics into business language and vice versa. As such, you have a pragmatic approach to problem solving as well as analytical skills and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The qualifications you need
You have documented and long experience from IT or IT Security in various different leadership positions and as well as experience from application and software development projects and programs.
You have proven solid leadership and change leadership experience from similar areas. You have superior people management skills and knowledge of value based leadership and cross-border leadership experience.
You have an excellent business orientation and are able to challenge your surroundings with focus on achieving efficiency and professional security levels at the core of identity and access management activities.

- Experience in leading IT Security in a complex IT environment
- Strong ability to perform even under high pressure
- Proven track record from leading and building change and restructuring initiatives
- Documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
- Documented results in driving improvements in cyber security
- Experience from digitalisation, application development and cloud initiatives
- Strong communication skills as a leader
- Strong strategic and analytic skills
combined with an ability to proactively translate strategic
direction into concrete actions and plans
- Ability to identify risks and drive compliance
As we are a truly international organisation, we expect you to be able to speak and write English at a superior level.
You will be working out of one of our offices in the Nordics capitals in Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland or in Tri-city in Poland. Ability to travel is expected.
You will report to the Technology Information Security Officer (TISO).
