IT Service Management PL&BC is the part of Global IT Service Management Unit in Nordea Group. As a team member of IT Service Management you will be supporting our IT infrastructure and operations with understandable, easy to navigate and fit for purpose IT processes.

The position we offer

  • Drive process modelling and execution in Nordea, including defining, measuring, analysing, implementing and improving processes to enable smooth collaboration between business, business IT, I&O and suppliers 
  • Responsible for  1-2 processes, accepting the accountabilities associated with process management 
  • Act as a process coach/sparring partner for Process Analysts, Project Managers and other relevant partners and contribute to knowledge sharing with peers 
  • Provide training and tools for process users in relevant aspects of a process lifecycle and thereby driving process oriented thinking in Nordea.

The qualifications you need

  • Possess deep knowledge of ITIL and other IT Processes (intermediate or experts will be preferred) 
  • Experienced in managing and executing IT Service Management processes  
  • Excellent communication skills with both IT and Business stakeholders 
  • Strong interpersonal skills,  
  • Professional level of spoken and written English 
  • To be able to take short international business trips
