Business Intelligence & Process Specialist-Assistant, Łódź

We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Process Specialist-Assistant to manage the flow of data, understand deliveries in value chain and provide advanced analytical services on data and processes in the finance transactions to ensure compliance, mitigate risk and manage business opportunities. This is an opportunity for you to improve your knowledge in Master Data area by working with complex tasks on daily basis.

The offer

You’ll join Common Master Data Operations team, where we work in accordance with a governance structure. It maintains the highest data quality standard for the Nordea Group ensuring that the data is governed, protected and stands for one version of truth used by everyone throughout Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Create and maintain data within various areas like: Organisation, Product, Chart of Accounts
  • Mainatining mappings that affect various reports, eg. BASEL, FINREP, GSIB
  • Monitoring of FX rates flow, including monthly approval process and updates in SAP ECC
  • Participation as Master Data experts in ad hoc projects across whole Nordea
The role is based in Lodz. Welcome to a team which is responsible for initial data loading to more than 100 systems across whole Nordea organisation.

Your profile and background:
  • Master's degree 
    Being goal-oriented 
  • Being curious and always striving to provide the best service to the customer
  • Having excellent analytical abilities and a high attention to details
  • Ability to learn new tasks and to establish credibility very quickly
  • Being proactive and having ability to work independently
  • Very good level of English (B2)
  • Professional level of Excel and MS Access
  • Having knowledge of SQL would be an asset
