You’ll join Business Support and Facility Management Deparment, where we provide efficient business support to Nordea Bank units enabling them to focus on running the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with people and providing efficient business support to Nordea employees
- Cooperation with property managers and external providers
- Participation in invoice booking process
- Ordering management and support for sourcing projects
- Supporting the coordination of internal events
- Correspondence registration and distribution
- Managing accesses to the premises
- Assisting with implementation of new policies and procedures
- Coordination of purchasing processes

Your profile and background:
- Fluency in English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Goal driven approach and ownership for tasks assigned
