Project Management Officer, Gdynia/Warszawa

The offer

You’ll join Technology Information Security Office (TISO) - the group of IT specialists performing various activities in IT security field.
Your responsibilities will include variety of tasks:
  • High quality communication with project managers and other counterparts via emails and calls
  • Call/meet management (preparing of slide deck presentation; taking meeting minutes and distributing them in a timely manner)
  • Tracking and getting updates on action items from project meetings and ensure they are closed by the due date
  • Collecting project data, producing regular program governance materials and status reports
  • Support of program/ project and staff administration
  • Ensure project management standards are followed and the program milestones are delivered
What you will be doing:
  • Support key initiatives in Technology Information Security Office
  • Act as a contact person towards partners internally and externally
  • Support managers in coordinating day to day activities – projects, meetings, events, presentations, data gathering
  • Facilitate, drive and keep track of decisions and actions
  • Prepare, edit and publish information hereby ensuring timely communication and delivery
  • Help with material needed for projects and relevant documentationsCreate various types of reportsly for this job
  • Liaise with staff and managers in Nordics and Poland

Your profile and background:
  • Deep understanding of project management processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Great communication and presentation skills with an ability to convey complex information as clearly and effectively as possible
  • Ability to work seamlessly as a part of a global team and independently
  • Strong attention to details, a ‘can do’ attitude with ability to resolve issues in effective and collaborative manner
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and organize your daily & weekly tasks and handle ad-hoc tasks that require immediate action
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint in particular
  • The interests in developing your skills and knowledge in security arena
