The offer

You’ll join Group Financial Crime Management Information, where we support the business areas in compiling qualitative and informative reports to the Financial Crime Risk forums on Group level.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Building a solid data collection governance to support our operating model
  • Co-creating solutions with internal stakeholders to improve data validity and reliability
  • Implementing tactical and strategic MI capabiltiies to improve connectivity and granularity in our reporting models
  • Collaborating with the Nordic team members to secure prioritization activity and deliveries on MI
  • Contributing actively to building the team foundation, culture and strategic development roadmap
The role is based in Lodz, Poland. Welcome to a newly-formed team which gives you a unique oppurtuntiy to help co-create the team-working culture, operate model and build daily procedure.

Your profile and background:
  • Master/Expert skills in SQL coding (or similar)
  • Master/Expert skills in Excel based sourcing and automation applications
  • Experiances with Business intelligence solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc) will be seen as an advantage
  • Minimum bacholour degree in IT / Business Admin or similar
  • Experience or certification in AML / Financial Crime will be seen as an advantage
