Senior Operation Quality Specialist – Process Maturity and Compliance, Gdynia

We are looking for a Senior Operation Quality Specialist to join our Process Maturity and Compliance team. This is an opportunity for you to conduct maturity assessment to identify the improvement areas and drive continual service improvement across Technology and Operations Support area. Implement compliance and quality control measure to reach the required IT operation maturity.

The offer

You’ll join Process Maturity and Compliance Team where we drive various initiatives related to improving the overall maturity of IT services, IT operations and implementing compliance in Technology and Operations Support area. 
What you'll be doing: 
  • Supporting and following up on the execution of agreed processes in the IT areas we support 
  • Conducting periodic assessment on IT operations and applicable processes for any non-conformance 
  • Identifying the opportunity for improvement, initiating the service improvement and driving continual service improvement in Technology operations and support organization 
  • Monitoring for any non-compliance activities and work with the relevant stakeholder for implementing the control plan (e.g. Segregation of Duties, GDPR) 
  • As part of quality excellence team, be ready to work in dynamic environment which include some ad-hoc responsibilities related to improving the maturity of IT operations 
  • Conducting trainings on ITIL and compliance for any new unit on boarded in Technology and Operations Support

Your profile and background: 
  • ITIL foundation certificate 
  • Knowledge and Experience in Technology Operations and Support area 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) 
  • Experience and knowledge in Quality improvement related work   
  • Experience in driving improvement initiatives(CSI) in complex work environment 
  • Working knowledge on Maturity assessment and driving compliance initiatives would be an asset 
  • Be flexible, adaptable to change and ready to take-up any task related to quality improvement area
