The offer

As a Management Support Officer, you’ll provide support to management team by taking responsibility for variety of tasks, such as supporting the strategic work, organisation of meetings, calendar management or travel arrangements.  
Group Functions Information & Reporting (GFIR) is a unit in Nordea with the mission to develop and maintain common information and reporting through unified processes, organisation and platform. GFIR is based in the Nordic countries, such as Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and in Poland in Łódź.  
You’ll become part of a highly skilled team in a rapidly growing area, performing both regulatory and business reporting on behalf of various stakeholders within and outside Nordea. Our aim is to enhance common ways of working and continuously improve our processes, by having the ownership and business competence in processes and applications for Capital-, Liquidity-, Financial-, Risk- and Tax reporting.  
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Deliver good quality communication material to internal staff & stakeholders making sure that the message is understandable to support business,  
  • Facilitate and support management meeting structure by preparing the agendas and materials,  
  • Organise team meetings and events  
  • Assist in travel arrangements and international visits  
  • Run co-ordination and implementation of various initiatives within the unit/division to ensure action and follow up  
The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to our international team - you will be cooperating with colleagues in the Management Support team located in Sweden.

Your background:  
  • University degree  
  • Experience in arranging international travels  
  • Excellent command of English  
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office  
  • Previous experience in working on similar position would be an asset  
  • Experience in working in international environment would be an asset
