The offer

As a Procurement Officer/ Specialist in Invoice Handling team, you’ll be responsible for invoice processing, resolving queries from internal end-users and communication with external stakeholders regarding supplier invoices.  
In Group Procurement, we support Business Partners throughout Nordea to reach their targets by providing advice and executional services when it comes to optimize cost. Our vision is to be recognised by our business partners as a professional and high-performing procurement team creating a competitive advantage for Nordea and to be respected by our suppliers.  
What you’ll be responsible for:  
  • Invoice handling (verification of legal and fiscal requirements, invoice coding);  
  • VAT pre-coding;  
  • Seeking improvement possibilities in daily work;  
  • Participation and consultancy in projects;  
  • Contacting internal stakeholders on a daily basis;  
  • Close cooperation with suppliers in order to achieve a higher level of invoice quality

  • have excellent communication skills and fast relationship building  
  • are able to organize your own working time and flexible in prioritizing tasks  
  • are focused on details and high-quality results  
Your background:  
  • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting or other business related  
  • English at least on B2 level, both written and spoken  
  • Experience in accounting area and VAT assessment would be an advantage  
  • Experience in improvement and harmonization projects would be an asset  
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel  
  • Strong analytical skills  
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
