IT Service Manager, Gdańsk

As a Service Manager, you’ll be focusing on the production of world-class IT services to our customers and our business operations by driving the day-to-day IT operations for a portfolio of applications. You will be working closely with technical experts, other IT Service Managers, vendors and the application provider.
In Application Maintenance, Global Payment Engine and Open Banking we are part of the “run the bank” organization: we make sure that the applications and IT services work today and continue to work in the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing the day to day IT service operations carried out by the technical experts. The operations cover deployments to production, incident management and problem management, capacity management and other key ITIL processes
- Planning and executing the system life-cycle and driving continuous service improvement
- Setting requirements towards the application development
- Application cost planning and cost management
- Ensuring the applications follow compliancy regulations

•Experienced in IT Service Management, preferably using ITIL
•Understanding of how to manage the system life-cycle
•Master / Bachelor degree
•Strong oral and written skills in English
•Understanding of Agile methods and project management is an asset
