The offer


The main purpose of the role is providing support to the organisation and its employees in the area of personnel data administration and adherence to labour law regulations.  
 
HR Service Partners are responsible for employees' data administration using numerous tools (including SAP), providing advice to employees in case of doubts and queries related to labour law or internal HR policies, regular reporting and improvement projects related to their area of expertise. They cooperate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Team as well as external providers.  
  • Complex personnel administration service of employees, interns and special contracts  
  • Participation in verification of payroll list components sent to external payroll vendor  
  • Coordination of benefit packages platform  
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports  
  • Provide accurate advisory on current Labour Law regulations and latest updates as well Nordea Policies and Regulations to Nordea Employees

You have:
  • Experience in using SAP  
  • Good command of English (at least B2)  
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel  
  • Knowledge of Labour Law regulations (familiarity with rules of non-UE citizens employment will be an asset)
