The offer

 
As a Test Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool platform is developed and maintained while adhering to a strict test regime.  
 
In Process Governance, we own Nordea’s ITSM process framework and IT Service Management tools that are used by thousands of users every day.  
 
What you’ll be doing:  
 
As a Test Manager for the IT Service Management tools suite you will:
 
  • Participate in release planning together with the development team  
  • Review and maintain the master test plans  
  • Create test cases and test reports for change activities  
  • Coordinate test activities on tool changes  
  • Create Incidents and bugs and drive the solution of these  
  • Training the organization in how to write test plans and test cases

Your background:  
 
  • We expect you to have deep knowledge of the ISTQB framework  
  • Have a relevant degree within IT  
  • Have working experience from bigger companies as test manager  
  • Have knowledge of software development methodologies like SAFE or other agile methods/frameworks  
  • Fluent, spoken and written, English
