The position we offer
will be joining a team of customer oriented and highly skilled Genesys
developers in the Contact Centre Operations team, currently located in Denmark
and India. We are now establishing a team in Poland where you will have the
possibility to deliver great customer service, work across borders and
influence our new set-up.
Daily work responsibilities covers 2nd level applications operations and maintenance work in close collaboration with
the business and users. The work spans across application and server
monitoring, incident handling, problem root cause analysis and stakeholder
management, as well as preventive platform improvements and maintenance
work. Responsibilities also include remote on-call duty, ensuring that
our services are up and running at all times.
The qualifications you need
The position requires that you have extensive knowledge
of the Genesys Platform, with a senior level knowledge to the following
Extensive SIP knowledge
Additionally you have a good understanding of enterprise
architecture, and have experience with System administration (server, network,
Java and/or SQL programming would be seen as a benefit.

customer and end user service through a customer oriented approach. You are
expected to proactively seek guidance and knowledge of best practices to
develop your own and the team's performance, and we expect you to promote collaboration
and technical sparring within the team and across teams.
