Technical Solution Analyst in Application Maintenance, Gdynia

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you’ll be in the leading area of application management and IT service delivery. Your work will have a direct impact on the successful running of payment applications in production and providing our customers reliable IT services.
In the Application Maintenance unit, we “run the bank” which means that we ensure that our applications and services are available now and in the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deploying changes to production together with other application teams and infrastructure provider teams
- Dealing with incidents and analysing their root causes
- Planning and carrying out preventive maintenance in the payment area
- Transitioning new applications or major upgrades to production in close co-operation with projects

- You are an IT Professional with at least few years of experience in providing IT services
- Experience within system or database administration, software development, monitoring, troubleshooting
- You are familiar with the IT processes such as Change and Incident Management
- Fluency in English
