In Nordea Group Procurement we are looking for a new colleague with great e-sourcing tools knowledge, who is also inspired by the opportunity to work within changing environment, full of developments supported by our IT solutions.  
 
You will be part of our P2P Systems team, and join an exciting and developing environment where you will be involved in a broad variety of tasks and projects, tailored to support business areas in achieving the targets for Nordea’s overall cost strategy.

As E-sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for execution of more complex tasks within our e-sourcing tool (ARIBA) and integrated tools, contributing to processes development, simplification and compliance. 
 
You will be responsible for:  
  • Providing higher complexity maintenance of e-sourcing tool (Ariba) and supporting processes 
  • Contributing to timely and high quality execution of procurement processes 
  • Working synergistically with other sides, divisions and procurement colleagues in areas of e-sourcing tool development and compliance 
  • Monitoring and providing compliance reporting against tool usage and processes 
  • Updating and developing processes descriptions and supporting materials 
  • Support implementation of best practice e-sourcing processes 

The qualifications you need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working with e-sourcing systems in different modules, including in e-sourcing tools development and process improvement 
  • Strong working knowledge of various e-sourcing solutions/technologies will be an asset 
  • Broader procurement experience, e.g. working with sourcing projects, supplier relationship management, contract management etc. will be an advantage  
  • Experience with e-auctions will be an advantage. 
  • Project management basic skills  
  • Ability to understand complex business issues and problem solving skills 
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) 
  • Master degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or the like
