The position we offer

As an IAM Operations Specialist you will b e a member of the unit across the Nordics and Poland and take a part in enthusiastic team in IT Security.  
Key responsibility will be to review; monitor and follow-up that authentications and authorizations to Nordea IT systems are restricted to a need-to-have basis, and deliver support to our stakeholders.  

The qualifications you need

  • Experience with user administration or system administration  
  • Knowledge about It Access Review and Monitoring Control – maintenance will be added advantage  
  • Understanding in security aspects of IT systems  
  • Experience in Access Management, Identity Management and Access Control Systems  
  • Your main objective will be to ensure that your team will, together with other teams, deliver high-quality in Identity Access Controls within Nordea.  
To reach your objectives you will need to have a good understanding of User Access administration, strong drive with a sense of urgency that is up to your tasks and a can-do attitude. Being curious, courageous, innovative, flexible, and eager to learn and a feet-on-the-ground kind of a person will help in your day-to-day work.  
You will report to the Head of IAM Access Review & Support 
You have to speak and write English at a communicative level.
