The offer

In Finance and Accounting Department, we are responsible for running the books according to Polish Tax rules and International Financial Reporting Standards. As a part of Nordea Group we are also responsible for compliance with Group regulations. 
 
As Accounting Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales invoicing process including compliance with different regulations.   
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Preparing required details for invoicing proces 
  • Processing sale documents according to accounting principles and legal/fiscal requirements 
  • Accounts reconciliation and month end closing activities 
  • Monitoring sales invoicing process in terms of agreements, cost recovered and other related issues 
  • Process improvements 
  • Daily cooperation with internal and external customers

Your background: 
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Accountancy, 
  • University degree, preferably in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematic or related 
  • Good English language skills (min. B2); 
  • Good Excel knowledge
